Acceleration of R-T

Classification of acceleration techniques, bounding solid, bounding efficiency, bounding-volume-hierarchy (BVH), efficiency and construction, SAH heuristics. Space dividing methods: grid, 3DDDA, octree, KD-tree, subdivision approaches, adaptive tree pass.
